At MORPHUS, he drives strategies linking global ambition to regional relevance.

Clara Martins Co-Founder & Chief Experience Officer

15+ years leading in sport, luxury, and nonprofits.

Former Executive Director at EEM World and Group Managing Director at MIASUKI; Led international events and brand activations.

At MORPHUS, she oversees experience design, audience engagement, and sponsorships for cultural resonance.

Rodrigo Gorosito Creative Director

15+ years in advertising, branding, film & digital across LATAM, MENA & Europe; built campaigns for F1 Bahrain, Longines Global Champions Tour, STC & AMEX.

Former roles at Leo Burnett, DDB, Mother (Bs.As) and WPP Group (Ogilvy, J. Walter Thompson).
